Where is my order and how do I track it?
 
You may locate your order by visiting OneClickMX.com’s order tracking page and gain instant access to the status of your purchase. Simply enter your email address and password that you have used during checkout. If you have forgotten your password you may relocated it by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password" If you still can't find your order or have a question regarding its status, please contact our customer support department at or email us by clicking here.
 

 

How Do I Return My Order?

Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. (Note: If your item was damaged or defective, see our Damage section below). We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our actual shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound and/or inbound shipping costs that we have paid will still be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
 
Using our Standard Return Policy:
  • Please email us by clicking here and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, if it has been open, reason for return and your name. We will give you an RMA number and a return address.
  • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  • Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office or to a distribution center.
  • Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
  • Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • For international shipments, we cannot refund the brokerage fee.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled, used, opened or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the important instructions below.

If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove

  • Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package only if it is damaged. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
  • If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will work with you to our best ability. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the damaged package for inspection. We can only send you a replacement once a damage claim if filed and approved. So please be sure your product is in perfect condition before signing the Bill of Lading (Bill of Lading is the finally delivery slip that is presented and signed by the customer). All returned products should be in the original packaging.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged and you have noted the Bill of Lading damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, you may contact the manufacturer. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
 
Product Colors and Sizes
Due to the nature of fabric, metal and wood they may be cut at a random match. There is a possibility that patterns may not exactly line up at seamed areas. OneClickMX is not responsible for variances in shade, colors, finishes or textures due to customers screen settings and or expectations. Additionally all manufacturer measurements are approximate. OneClickMX is not liable for variances in construction

Customer agrees to the terms published when they place a completed order with our company. Customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. OneClickMX reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime with or without notification.


 
Can I cancel my order?
 

Yes. Orders may be cancelled while the order is in "New" order status. Once an order is processed, either in "Print, To Be Shipped or Shipped” they cannot be cancelled. In some cases, we are able to re-route an order back to the warehouse or stop the order process but there will be a 20% cancellation fee and/or freight charges inbound and out that will apply. If the order cannot be re-routed or cancelled, please refer to our standard 30 Day Return Policy.

You agree that any legal action brought against OneClickMX.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the OneClickMX.com website shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in North Carolina.
