How much is delivery?
OneClickMX.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders and products that are 150 lb or less. Packages that are over the weight of 150 lb are considered oversize packages and there is a flat fee that will be shown in cart as well as during checkout.
To determine delivery charges for the item(s) you are interested in purchasing on our web site, follow these steps:
1. Go to the page of the product(s) you are interested in purchasing. 2. Select the "Add to Cart" button 3. Go to "Your Shopping Cart" 4. Look for the "Calculate Your Shipping" section in the shopping cart and enter the zip code where the product(s) are to be shipped 5. Click the "GO" button
What are your delivery options?
OneClickMX.com transports our customer’s products utilizing the quickest, most economical and secure methods possible. We offer three options depending on the product that you purchase:
Fed Ex - For most of our smaller items (150 lb or less) such as smaller TV Stands, Mounts, Headphones, and Home Theaters, there are four options, please see below.

Ground: You should receive this within 1-7 business days after it leaves the warehouse. This is only available within the continental US.

Next Day Air Saver: Your package will be delivered the following business day after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team to get a quote.

Next Day Air: Your package will be delivered the following business day after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team to get a quote.

2nd Day Air: Your package will be delivered two-days after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team to get a quote
Express Deliveries Notice: You must call our sales team to ensure your product is eligible and to receive an appropriate Quote.
Standard LTL Freight Carrier - Many larger items (150 lb and larger) such as larger TV Stands, Fireplaces, etc. require freight shipment. Transit times are generally 2-3 weeks and there are three options to choose from.

LTL Freight Carrier: This includes curbside delivery and no steps are included. Please check your delivery upon arrival and if you notice any damage please refuse the delivery, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately

White Glove Delivery: White Glove Delivery: This delivery includes delivery to the room of your choice. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery if you notice any problem please contact our customer service department.

Express Freight: If you need your order as quickly as possible, we are happy to accommodate you. Just call to receive a quote.
Express / White Glove Deliveries Notice: You must call our sales team to ensure your product is eligible and to receive an appropriate Quote.
White Glove - ld service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up one flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us for price quote. Products will be brought to any same flight room desired. Please note, WhiteGlove service does not include installation.
When will the product ship?
Transit times for appliances are as follows:
Outside of NC area: 7-10 Business Days
Within the NC area*: 3-5 Business Days
For shipping at a later date, OneClickMX.com offers you the option of choosing your delivery date. If you need your appliance delivered sooner than the times stated above, please contact a sales representative and they will do their best to accommodate your request.
Shipment times listed above assume that the item ordered is currently in stock. Items out of stock are subject to a later shipping time.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii on qualified items that are less than 150 lb. You must call our sales team to ensure your product is eligible and to receive an appropriate Quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship to Canada and Puerto Rico on qualified items that are less than 150 lb. You must call our sales team to ensure your product is eligible and to receive an appropriate Quote. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries.
Do you ship to APO's, PO Boxes, or Hotels?
Yes, in most cases we ship to APO's, however, delivery times and prices vary. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Hotels. Please contact a representative or email us.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the important instructions below.
If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging. Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy or Return Protection plan (if you purchased it). If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.
If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
