How do I pay by check or money order?

After placing a product in your cart, continue with the standard checkout process. You will notice "Money Order/Check" option. Once you place the order with "Money Order/Check" option you will receive an order number and an address to send the check or money order to. Please print out the final confirmation page and mail it with your check. As quickly as your payment is received, your order will be processed.

How do I take advantage of rebates?

OneClickMX.com offers exciting rebates most of which are exclusive to OneClickMX.com purchases. It’s time to take advantage of the savings available on many of our high quality products. The rebate form will be emailed to you if the product is eligible for a rebate. You may inquire about a product to confirm if there are any manufacturer rebates available at the time.

Do you charge tax?

We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations which is only NY. The “No Sales Tax “offer excludes only NY.

Are your products under warranty?

Yes, OneClickMX is an authorized dealer and as a OneClickMX customer you are protected. All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Many manufacturers cover up to one year parts and labor and a great deal more offer an extended warranty. OneClickMX also offers an extended warranty. The warranty details of the specific model that you purchased are contained in that item’s product description. If you have any questions regarding warranties or you are buying multiple products and would like multiple warranties, please click here to contact a representative.

(Note: Warranties on mini split air conditioners only include parts and do not include labor. The licensed professional who installs your air conditioner should always provide you with a labor warranty.)
